Beach clean up
Last Friday Te Ngahere went to the beach in town to pick up rubbish. We had a challenge to see who could pick up the most rubbish but we all got a reward anyway. We were learning to be tidy kiwi not lazy kiwi. I enjoyed working together to pick up rubbish. I didn’t enjoy seeing how many cigarette butts there were, right by a bin.

Kia ora Kaitlin this is Zhynaliyah, from Te Ngahere. I just read your post about the beach clean up. I remember when I went to a school in Napier when we use to have competitions of who could pick up the most rubbish. Maybe next time you could add pictures because I would love to see how much rubbish you picked up. Other than that I think that your blog post was wonderful. Keep up the good work. Do you like picking up rubbish?
